Right after my Mexicand adventure, before moving back to Barcelona, I spent a few months in Lisbon and worked in the British Bar, the oldest bar in Lisbon, where I served as a barman.
There I learned how to make a coffee, how to serve drinks or basic cocktails and played the smiley barman role with international customers.
We had a fine and international beers selection from several European countries and I learned how to pour a good beer, the different beer categories and also serving something as basic as a gin and tonic.
