Seasonal summer role as Night Auditor at Gran Hotel Delfín, a legendary 4-star hotel in Benidorm – a cornerstone of Spanish tourism since its opening in 1963 as one of the city’s first luxury properties (originally 5-star, later downgraded).

Located on the Poniente Beachfront in a prime, historic spot, the hotel symbolized Benidorm’s tourism boom during the 1960s–1980s.

Conducted end-of-day financial audits and cash balancing, adjusted reservations and room allocations via PMS, processed payments, managed late check-ins/outs, compiled nightly occupancy, revenue, guest, and performance reports for the director, delivered operational summaries to management, handled front desk duties overnight, enforced hotel policies and brand standards, reviewed/validated transactions, audited room charges/billing accuracy, oversaw night-time security and safety procedures, and independently resolved guest concerns or emergencies in a high-season, 60+ year-old establishment central to Benidorm’s vibrant tourism scene.
